Treasury Manager

The Treasury team in Marine Harvest has global responsibility for financing, liquidity, financial risk management, cash management and insurance coverage. As such, Treasury is at the center of flow of funds through the company, and as a part of our team you will be trusted and given responsibilities from the outset. The Treasury team has close cooperation with the various business areas and you are in dialogue with colleagues across borders. This will give unique opportunities and insights into salmon farming and seafood in an international context.

Responsibilities:  

• Financing of the Group, inclusive credit work

• Cash flow analysis and estimation

• Liquidity management short-term and long-term 

• Risk management including foreign exchange and interest rate swap portfolios

• Ad hoc projects

Qualifications and personal skills:  

• Relevant experience from banking or company financing 

• Relevant education at Master level

• Solid knowledge of bank financing, loan agreements, bonds and other financing sources

• Structured and analytical

• Independent and proactive, yet still a team player

• Strong communication skills

• Good written and spoken Norwegian and English

• Good Excel skills

Work location is Bergen, some travelling is expected.
