FARA is facing strong international expansion with new products and features, and we are seeking a highly motivated Technical Portfolio Manager
Description
FARA is searching for a person who will be working closely with our agile development teams, product owners and project managers to ensure that we are meeting customers’ expectations in our deliveries.
Qualifications
- Love to collaborate with others and know how to ensure good communication in and between teams
- Strong technical skills and know how to communicate with project managers, product owners, developers and testers
- Experience with Agile software development and project-oriented deliveries with system integrations is a must
- Experience as project manager in agile development and delivery projects
- Experience as scrum master, product owner, developer, tester or architect in agile software development is a plus
- Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- Good English skills, we use English on a daily basis
Responsibilities
- Ensure good planning and coordination of development activities in and between development teams, across programs and projects
- Risk Assessment for development projects together with development teams and Development Managers; Help the teams in understanding uncertainty and to mitigate risks
- Planning and progress monitoring together with Product Owners, teams and Development Managers, in order to meet customer milestones
- Help Product Owners in ensuring that all stakeholders’ expectations are clearly reflected to the development teams
- The Technical Portfolio Manager can also get Project Manager responsibility for specific development projects
