MINTRA GROUP are now looking to add a new member to our Service Delivery Team in Bergen as a Consultant for OCS HR solutions. The Consultant will work with the delivery of services to clients both national and international. The Service Delivery team are at the forefront of delivering an exceptional customer experience. The team ensure that our company deliver a quality product in every interaction with the customer.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Support our customers in their day to day operation of the software. Advise and support efficiency of usage with our national and international customers by understanding customers’ needs and challenges. The duties can be troubleshooting, customer guidance, testing new application releases, improving routines, keeping documentation up-to-date and work collaboratively with the teams across MINTRA GROUP.
Desirable experience, competence and skills requirements
- Distinctly service-oriented
- Analytical and strong problem-solving skills
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English and Norwegian
- Excellent telephone manner and communication skills
- Relevant higher education or equivalent work experience.
- Well versed in HR IT systems, process improvement and workflow
- Working experience from HR business processes and service / support
- Global and cultural awareness
