Controller, Global Customer Support (KM 18-111)

Global Customer Support is responsible for all service and support in the aftermarket.

During the operational lifetime of till date over 18.000 installations we ensure uptime and added value. Our customers demand predictability, reliability and 24/7 response.

 In order to strengthen our GCS finance team in Global Customer Support (GCS) we are looking for a highly motivated candidate.

Main tasks and responsibilities:

• Establish, follow-up, measure and report on KPIs. Continuous improvement and process efficiencies projects
• Project control incl. follow-up and invoicing
• Cost control
• Accounts receivables
• Participate in monthly reporting, forecasting and budgeting
• Ad-hoc tasks within the Finance team
• Active member in the Aftermarket projects and GCS finance team

Education/experience:

• Financial/economic education, Bachelor or other relevant education
• Accounting experience
• Relevant work experience
• Good excel competence
• Good knowledge in Dynamics ERP
• Good knowledge in Travel system

• Practical, hands-on approach to work tasks
• Positive attitude
• Able to take initiative, be proactive and adapt quickly to new competence
• Be familiar with project delivery processes
• Be adaptable/ flexible according to project delivery due dates
• Strong ability to understand and act according to contract
• Cooperative and good communication skills
• Able to handle time pressure and deliver on time
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken
