Specialist Digital Training Development We seek you who have the expertise in using digital tools to create learning programs that deliver on the overall learning strategy for Elopak. In this role you will work close with subject matters experts to support and guide them to turn their knowledge into educational material for internal and external customers. You will also advise and support in the development and utilization of effective learning methods & solutions such as e-learning, app building and other innovative delivery platforms. In order to be successful, you need to have a strategic mind-set, but not be afraid to be hands-on with different projects The role will report to Head of Learning and Development Key responsibilities and accountabilities .Utilize new opportunities, channels and technology to enhance learning and development. .Map, develop & structure training needs within the ongoing implementation of our ERP system .Provide the business with innovative learning expertise, solutions and methodology. .Organize and facilitate meetings and follow up with stakeholder groups. .Support in development and implementation of business learning initiatives Skills & Competences .Structured and analytical .Extrovert and enjoy working with people .Educational approach .Creative .Stakeholder management skills Qualifications: .Interested in working with new technologies that support learning and development .Proven knowledge of digital tools for e-learning development such as Storyline Articulate and similar .Proven track record showing the ability to deliver results .Good knowledge of excel ( advanced level) and other relevant MS office software .Relevant Master's degree or equivalent .Minimum 3 years' experience within the field of organisational learning and development .Good communication skills and command of the English language (spoken and written) For more information please contact Knut Thorbjørnsen, Corporate HR Development Specialist +47 95246434.- Sektor
