Komplett Bank is a Norwegian bank which offers leisure and consumer financing without collateral, as well as saving accounts. The bank was established in 2014 with Banking License granted by the Norwegian FSA and is a member of the Norwegian Banks' Guarantee Fund.

Komplett Bank is collaborating with Komplett Group, which owns some of the most well-known online stores in Norway and Scandinavia, such as Komplett.no, Komplett.se, Webhallen.se, Komplett.fi and Comtech.de.

We are now looking for a Fraud Specialist to work towards the Finnish market.

Tasks:

Incoming and outgoing customer contact by telephone and e-mail
Handle fraud cases concerning towards the bank and our customers
Case management as well as other administrative tasks when needed
Co-operation with the Finnish authorities, police and lawyers

Requirements:

At least 2 years of experience from Finnish fraud cases
Basic understanding on laws and regulations regarding fraud
Relevant Bachelor's Degree is an advantage
Native in Finnish
Fluent in English, Swedish or Norwegian
