The department IT BankID Services works with Nets Infrastructure, BankID Norway, leading banks and multi-national companies, to create innovative security solutions for end-users. We develop products and services in the field of secure identity, and our solutions integrate into complex value chains with a strong focus on agile development. This has helped us to produce market-leading, advanced systems with a high level of operational reliability and stability.

We are searching for a Scrum Master with technical skills, and passion for agile practises and continuous improvements. As Scrum Master you will be the process owner with the responsibility to improve the process and way of working. You will get the chance to coach one or more awesome teams, facilitate sprint planning, and sprint retrospective as well as working close with skilled and enthusiastic product owners.

Tasks and responsibilities:

Be Scrum Master for one or more teams, both development and devops team
Secure that chosen Scrum Process (or Kanban process) is followed by the team
Continuously working on improving the process and way of working
Create need for change and encourage team to identify improvement areas
Coach the team to be self-organizing and to work together towards the goals set
Communicate and work closely with Product Owners and other major stakeholders
Supporting the team to be able to perform at their highest level

It could be great if you have the following qualifications:

Technical skills either as developer (Linux/Java) or devops resource
Project leader, project coordinator experience
Responsible and efficient
Structured, orderly and accurate
Good to cooperate and to find solutions together with others
Experience as Scrum Master for both development teams and / or devops teams

The more general qualifications required:

You have higher education in Information Technology, and take responsibility for your own development
You speak Norwegian and English well, both oral and in writing
Understanding of development processes
Strong problem-solving skills and self-driven
You are committed to deliver solutions for demanding customers and users
