Role Summary/Purpose:
This role is responsible for coordinating cross-functional product teams through program planning and execution of new initiative within GE Vingmed Ultrasound called the Developer Partnership Program. The new role will work with the Digital Program Manager and to support and execute the new initiative with close interactions with partner organizations.
Essential Responsibilities:
- Coordinate outreach, support and development activities within the Developer Partnership Program
- Works with the Digital Manager to ensure compliance with development processes and quality/regulatory requirements
- Identifies early and solves ambiguous cross-functional integration problems leading deliver team commitments
- Works with engineering and data science teams to support effective execution of development projects
Qualifications/Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering/Science or project management/administration (preferably a mix of engineering/project background) or equivalent knowledge/experience
- Background and SW development and management of SW development teams
- Demonstrated ability to build lasting cross-functional relationships, including strong influential and communication skills
- Newly educated candidates are encouraged to apply
Desired Characteristics:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in both Norwegian and English
Location:
The location is set to Oslo, but the GE Ultrasound AS office in Horten is also an option.
