We are currently recruiting for a Maintenance Engineer to our District office in Hammerfest, Norway. The key responsibilities are As a Maintenance Engineer you will be the focal point for maintenance within the disciplines of Electrical and Instrument. In close liaison with discipline responsible, Technical authority, planners and offshore you will follow up that the maintenance is carried out according to plan and maintenance programs. As a maintenance engineer you will provide analysis of maintenance plan and execution, and identify areas of improvement and optimization, and also identify the critical activities in order to prioritize and optimize maintenance plans. You will ensure that the maintenance plan is in compliance with relevant regulations and standards. We are looking for . Ability to communicate effectively within the organisation. . Ability to adapt and contribute to improvements and changes in the organisation. Requirements . Bachelor degree, technical. Long experience can compensate for lack of formal education. . 5 - 10 years experience from oil & gas industry within maintenance for electro and/or instrument discipline. . Knowledge of SAP maintenance module is preferred. . Good knowledge of relevant Norwegian and international regulations and standards within oil & gas. . English, fluent verbal and written.
