Sector Alarm is one of Europe's leading safety providers, currently present in 6 European countries. In order to support our continuous growth, we need to strengthen our HR department with a HR Core Specialist, based in our Group Headquarter in Oslo.
We are looking for a structured and effective person with a passionate commitment for HR, to be the go-to-person in HR Core related tasks in our organization.
? Operational HR tasks in Sector Alarm Group
? Maintain/create and develop policies and procedures
? Create and develop HR reports and presentation materials for the Group Management
? Coordination of events
? Follow up and support Managers in Sector Alarm Group and HR teams in the different countries
? Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources are preferred
? Minimum 3 years experience within HR
? Strong communication skills, oral and written in both English and Norwegian
? Experience working with HCM systems are preferred
? Understanding of different HR processes
