Sector Alarm is one of Europe's leading safety providers, currently present in 6 European countries. In order to support our continuous growth, we need to strengthen our HR department with a HR Core Advisor, based in our Group Headquarter in Oslo. We are looking for a structured and effective person with a passionate commitment for HR, to be the go-to-person in HR Core related tasks in our organization. Responsibilities:

Operational HR tasks in Sector Alarm Group
Maintain/create and develop policies and procedures
Create and develop HR reports and presentation materials for the Group Management
Coordination of events
Follow up and support Managers in Sector Alarm Group and HR teams in the different countries

Qualifications:

Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources are preferred
Minimum 5 years experience within HR
Strong communication skills, oral and written in both English and Norwegian
Experience working with HCM systems are preferred
Understanding of different HR processes
