Turnaround Planner | Hammerfest

Main tasks:
Coordinate different resources in the turnaround organization to ensure complete understanding of work scope to be executed during TA participating in scope review and defining the critical path
Develop and maintain schedules utilizing planning software and recommend to the management corrective actions or area of optimization to increase productivity and reduce the cost ensuring compliance with HSE procedures
Verify that job packages are completed for the planned activities in term of documentation, number of resources, and availability of spares
Verify relevant procedures and method of statements, safe job analysis are in place before performing turnaround or any other challenging activity
Provide accurate and timely reporting of shutdown/TA safety, schedule, and other performance metrics
Analysis of PSA reports and recommendations involving Technical Support Group, Technical Autorities and HSE dept
Improve the effectiveness of the schedules for maintenance activities and modifications
Establish daily feedback between the foremen onboard and the activities’ owners reviewing the status of the jobs on daily basis highlighting to the management any delay or showstopper
Turnaround planning
Gap analysis between mandatory PSA recommendations and actual status of activity progress

Education:
Technical Engineering education

Experience:
5 years with project/operational planning
SAP maintenance module
Safran or Primavera is preferable
