Together with funds, bonds, all other types of financial instruments, news-feeds and research reports, this becomes an enormous deluge of information. For 20 years Infront has developed software that helps our users to make sense of this enormous mountain of data. Who we need

We a looking for a Product Manager to drive the development of our products. You will work closely with our developers, as well as sales, marketing and product owners/managers. A good understanding of the finance industry is required, as well as experience from software development or product management.

What you will be doing

You will have a very exciting and varied role, spanning across responsibilities such as:

• Maintain road-maps to make sure our products remain competitive
• Create functional product specifications
• Gather external input from customers and other market participants
• Be a product and domain expert and give strategic input to management
• Work with sales and marketing on getting our products out to the market
• Identify opportunities and create business proposals
• Ensure the quality of new product development
• Strengthen partnerships with vendors and product partners
• Write product marketing texts 

Your qualifications

• Strong interest in technology
• Good understanding of the finance industry
• Experience from either a financial institution or a software company within the financial field
• Knowledge about software development or product management
• Being able to prototype or do basic programming in Python, R, JavaScript or similar
• Experience with financial terminals, such as Bloomberg, Reuters Eikon or Infront Terminal
• Entrepreneurial mindset
• Excellent written and spoken English. Additional languages such as French or German is a plus
• Be available for occasional travel within Europe
• Project management experience is a plus
• Experience with Machine Learning/Artificial Intelligence is a plus

Your background

You have preferable a masters degree within finance or computer science, and at least 3 years relevant working experience.
