Who we need

We a looking for a Technical Product Specialist to become an expert on some of our products. The job will be varied, with extended customer contact and working closely with our developers, technichians, sales, support and product people. You have a solid technical background and an interest for the finance industry. You are a quick learner and are genuinly interested in finding solutions that will help our customers. 

What you will be doing

You will specialize in some of Infront's product areas, working both internally and towards institutional customers. Tasks will include

• Work with the other support teams as a 2nd line technical expert
• Be a Technical Account Manager for larger customers
• Do pre-sales together with our sales team on solutions
• Work closely with product department and developers on specifications and testing
• Perform complex issue investigation and resolution across wide range of solutions
• Set up of new customers

Your qualifications

• Strong technical background, from operations, development, technical support or technical pre-sales
• Basic scripting/programming skills, for example in JavaScript or Python
• Experence with web technology, XML, JSON and REST
• Knowledge of SQL databases
• Good at communicating
• Entrepreneurial mindset
• Knowledge of the world of finance is a plus

Your background

You have a degree in computer science (or something similar). Ideally, you have 2 years or more relevant working experience, but if you are newly educated and confident in your skills we encourage you to apply.
