Corvus Energy is seeking a Supply Chain Manager 

The Supply Chain Manager’s role is to plan, develop, optimize and manage all processes linked to the Supply Chain’s organization. The Supply Chain Manager will report to the Director of Operations.

 Responsibilities

•Plan, organize, direct, manage and evaluate the personnel and operations of the organization’s Supply Chain processes

•Lead and manage production planning, regular inventory purchasing, inventory control, forecasting, warehousing, transportation and other areas as required

•Develop KPI’s/analytic systems and data management capabilities, monitor ongoing performance, and improve performance against set goals 

•Direct the hiring and coordinate the training, supervision, reviews, mentoring, and performance evaluations of Supply Chain staff

•Manage vendor relationships 

•Collaborate with senior management, and all stakeholders to share relevant information and problem solve 

•Involved in the strategic sourcing, strategy, procurement, contracting, and evaluation of services

•Manage planning process including MRP forecasting - inventory management and on time delivery 

•Responsible for quarterly and yearly inventory counts and reconciliations for Operations. Work in conjunction with other stakeholders as required 

•Identify and manage risk within the Supply Chain 

•Develop and implement new systems and best practices for inventory control and demand planning, etc.  

•Responsible for all incoming & outgoing logistics of freight for the company 

  Requirements 

•University Degree with 3 to 5 years’ experience (minimum)

•APICS/PMAC association an asset

•Lean manufacturing experience

•Computer literate with MS Office Suite

•Dangerous Goods knowledge will be required

•In depth knowledge of MRP/ERP systems – both the design and usage 

•Excellent written and verbal English and Norwegian skills

•Ability to build credibility, trust, and rapport with stakeholders at all levels
