Due to an upcoming IT Project, Experis is seeking a consultant with compentence on SAP Basis.
Project Description:
A new production line is created in GBS IT ES SOL team for BW technical solutions. We are starting with an empty production line and for a short term we need a consultant who can start this production line. The new production line will use the external resource to stabilise and establish immediate backlog in this area.
For this we seek SAP Basis resource with deep technical knowledge of SAP Business Warehouse/Business Intelligence Platform who can manage and develop the infrastructure, application and solution architecture of a large and complex environment.
Our SAP BW landscape consists of:
- Main BW system on SAP NW 7.4 on HANA
- EPM system on SAP NW 7.5 on HANA
- Business Objects 4.2
- Lumira
- Clou Analytics
- Front-end tools
You should have experience in these tools and be able to develop and design an overall system architecture and a future landscape design for these and future / other relevant tools.
You should be able to adopt to our agile and lean ways of working.
Tasks & responsibilities:
Basis Development and Project support on BI Platform:
- Design technical architecture for new solutions and infrastructure
- Implement technical components and infrastructure
- Project and Production support within technical area
Planning meeting, daily stand-up, retrospectives with relevant stakeholders and drive the improvement work in SAP BW/BIP area, and projects through agile methodologies
Follow up and assist sourcing partners delivering BI Platform Production/Operation from on-site and offshore India:
- Maintain and Upgrade all BW related components in SAP Landscape
- House-keeping/ALM (Application Lifecycle Management)
- Transport management
- Dataload
Speak and write English fluently
