Mechanical Completion / Work Prep Coordinator

Brief description of Scope of Work: 

• Preparation and implementation of PIMS coordination tools necessary to handle the work processes during offshore completion.
• Lead the preparation of Work Orders for all Construction offshore scope
• Define, plan and follow up the Mechanical Completion activities for the offshore installation phase
• Coordinate implementation and follow up the offshore time registration system to the Project.
• Responsible for the interface between Engineering and Work Order Prep.
• Prepare / Verify the man-hour estimates for all offshore work..
• Prepare / Verify Material Take Off on each Work Package.
• Support the offshore organization during review of the Work schedule with the Offshore Organization
• Responsible for the hand over process from Offshore Construction to Commissioning and from Commissioning to Operations
• Responsible for monitoring and reporting weekly progress status of activities performed
