Offshore Completion Manager
Brief description of Scope of Work:
Phase 1 – Prior to Offshore Mobilisation Q3 2019
• Preparation for the offshore completion phase
• Follow up contractors work with focus on optimizing the offshore construction phase
• Participate in preparation of the detailed schedule for the offshore construction work
• Follow up and coordinate contractor preparatory work for the offshore construction work.
Phase 2 – Offshore Construction period Q3 2019 – Q4 2020
• One of three Offshore Construction and Managers:
• Responsible for the construction and commissioning activities offshore on behalf of the project.
• Coordinate and support Contractors offshore construction organisation
• Participate in offshore planning activities as required.
• Participate in safety and HSE analyses onshore and monitor and report HSE related issues.
• Establish required routines for execution of the work.
• Review and approve the offshore project manning for coming period.
• Ensure hand over (RFC/RFO) of systems from Construction to Commissioning and further from Commissioning to Operations team according to plan
• Participate in meeting as required.
