Senior Commissioning eng. process systems

Aker Solutions has recently secured new long-term contracts on the Norwegian Continental Shelf, and the project portfolio in Stavanger is rapidly expanding. We are now recruiting several new employees to strengthen our teams and prepare for future growth.

Aker Solutions' Completion team based in Stavanger, Norway, is looking for experienced individual engineers who can strenghten our team and support our ambitious growth plans within the MMO market. We are looking for a Senior Commissioning eng. process systems in Stavanger.

Responsibilities and Tasks:

• Discipline responsible commissioning engineer in M & M project
• Coordination of mechanical completion and testing packages against MC / Commissioning personnel onshore and offshore
• Create / maintain MC / Comm-connections
• Maintain Master P&ID set for MC/Comm system boundaries
• Co-ordination of MC activities against subcontractor
• Develop system testing procedures at multidisciplinary level with accompanying documents
• Follow-up of subcontractors to assist in commissioning

Qualifications / Personal Attributes:

• Process/Mechanical Engineer/Civil Engineer with a minimum of 3 years experience or practice equivalent to this within completion
• Minimum 7 years experience in the industry. Must have experience from fields, preferably trade letters
• Must have process understanding and connections with EIT
• Experience with Mechanical Completion and Execution (Commissioning) from Maintenance and Modification Projects
• Result oriented, good communications skills and ability to drive workpaths and coordinate activities
• HMS oriented
• Good communicative skills in both Norwegian and English
• Valid offshore certificate
• Period: 06.08.2018 - 01.11.2019
