Role Summary:
Baker Hughes currently has opportunities for Material Handlers to be based in Tananger and Mongstad, Norway, working both day and evening shifts.
Essential Responsibilities:
- Loading and unloading Trucks
- Packing and unpacking baskets and containers.
- Carry out service missions to support workshops as assigned.
- Perform daily truck control.
- Ensure the work area is maintained in a safe and proper condition through correct handling and storage of equipment and tools
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications/Requirements:
- Experience of working within a Material Handling or Warehouse role.
- A forklift truck license (T4, T5) is required for this role.
- A T6 or T8 would be an advantage.
- Strong work ethic
- Ability to work in a team and use own initiative
- Ability to work safely and to ensure the safety of others
