Decisions is growing fast and we are seeking a highly motivated, hands on Chief Marketing Officer to drive and develop the marketing strategy and execution. You will be a key contributor in developing the company's strategy, competitive positioning and market analysis to support the company's aggressive growth goals. The Chief Marketing Officer will have the overall responsibility for market analysis, lead generation, product marketing, and partner channels.

Responsibilities
- Generate high quality leads
- Define the company's total addressable market and outline a go-to-market plan for growing the customer base
- Develop and build a marketing plan to increase top-and-bottom line performance of the company's products and services
- Own the company's brand and positioning in the market place
- Develop segmentation, competitive analysis, and market intelligence
- Develop, measure and report on key marketing metrics and refine go to market activities as required
Required Skills
- Minimum 3 years of marketing leadership experience, ideally in a SaaS B2B software company
- Analytical - adept at using data and analytics to choose optimal marketing investments
- Superior communications skills (verbal and written) - a good story teller
- Master's degree in Marketing or Business
- Successful track record recruiting and developing talent
- Strong product marketing expertise and the proven ability to conceptualize
- Experience across a broad range of marketing functional roles including brand management, marketing communications, digital marketing, product management, new product development, and marketing research and analysis.
- Strong experience in digital marketing and tools such as Hubspot
- Track record of results-oriented achievements and successful strategy execution in a high growth company
