Are you the one?

Although we've been around since 2007, we still feel that we've only scratched the surface - so we have the mentality of a start-up, and the hunger of eager entrepreneurs. We know we have passionate consumers and your job is to fuel that creative spirit while simultaneously driving online sales.

Your goal is to drive more traffic to Onepiece.com and work towards conversion optimization. Working alongside the Head of Global Marketing and our marketing teams in London, New York and Oslo, this Oslo-based key position will be responsible for global e-commerce sales, and digital performance channels optimization and analysis. This is a hands-on job, we don't work with agencies.

You're continually tracking and evaluating performance and behavior to ensure what we're building is delivering against our set tactics and targets.

Alongside all of the technical stuff, we're looking for a passionate individual, someone who isn't counting down the minutes until it's time to leave for the day. We've already built something great, but we're looking to take it to the next level. Key Responsibilities:

  • Continuously and proactively work towards increased traffic, improved conversion rate and higher sales through Onepiece.com 
  • Ownership of paid marketing spend and budgeting across channels.
  • Analysis of customer behavior and journey, delivering company insights
  • Generating ideas to improve performance on all digital channels
  • Work collaboratively with global marketing offices (London, Oslo and New York) on development of channels, promotion and engagement strategies.
  • Day-to-day liaison with marketing team delivering strategy, implementation, and ensuring projects are delivered on time and on budget against defined KPIs/ROIs.
  • Monitor trends and experiment with evolving forms of digital advertising and distribution.
  • Identify opportunities for audience development and growth.
  • Observe the global strategy for our AdWords channels
  • Paid search: Google and Bing
  • Display: Google Display Network, Criteo
  • Paid Social: Facebook and Instagram
  • Planning, analyzing and executing retargeting and prospecting campaigns
  • Lead generation email campaigns
  • CRM and DMP management and strategy
  • Optimization and analysis of key performance channels
  • Reporting weekly/monthly/quarterly on your acquisition efforts, keeping marketing and management teams up to speed on your performance. 
  • At the end of the day be our hands-on performance guru in order to DRIVE ONLINE SALES.

Qualifications:

  • 2-5 years experience in digital marketing with a strong focus on B2C. Note: Youth Culture, Fashion, Retail or Lifestyle editorial background is preferred.
  • A college bachelor's degree or above with a preference in marketing, business, or analytics majors.
  • Extensive understanding of SEO
  • Outstanding knowledge and experience with AdWords (setting up and optimizing campaigns) 
  • Experience with digital acquisition channels (Display, Paid Search, Retargeting, Affiliate, Paid Social channels, etc.) with proven results. 
  • Extensive understanding of Google Analytics, Facebook Insights and Trends, Excel/Google Spreadsheets. 
  • Able to plan, execute, and optimize digital strategies. 
  • Strong multi-tasking capabilities, and meticulous attention to detail. 
  • Good sense of humor, ability to keep your cool, and willingness to hop into the 24/7 digital-fray 
  • Languages: English is a must, additional European language is a bonus (French/German preferred)
