For our client, a leading supplier of integrated solutions for the Oil & Gas, Marine, Minerals and Fiber Industry we are currently looking for a proactive and analytical Controller to join the team.  Our client continuously strive to strengthen their position, and are looking for bright minds eager to join a dynamic, international organization offering unique opportunities for its employees.

You will report to Head of Controlling. 

Main tasks and responsibilities will be within:

• Contribute to financial knowledge in the organization as well as securing that relevant financial guidelines are followed
• Co-ordinate and execute tasks for the respective cost center; maintain tools during Budget and Forecast sessions
• Entry and analysis of Forecast / Budget figures in SAP
• Contribute to and drive forecast quality within assigned areas
• Follow-up on cost centers in SAP enabling improvement measures actions in respect to budget/forecast/actuals  
• Closing activities: Monthly, quarterly and year end
• Perform relevant workflows and transactions in SAP according to given SAP job role
• Controlling: Monthly performance reporting (in particular cost center reporting) and deviation analyses to management. Monitor time writing error lists
• Perform and follow up ICFR (Internal Control Framework) controls
• Perform Asset Management requests on a case by case basis
• Contribute to / drive internal improvement projects related to new tools, guidelines etc.
• Diverts and ad-hoc reporting for PD SLN Norway as well as for the Business Unit

Qualifications:

• Bachelor / Master degree in Business Administration or equivalent
• Experience within Finance and Controlling for 2 years of more.
• Knowledge of IFRS 15
• Well-developed understanding of ERP systems and preferably SAP Systematic
• Proactive and positive attitude with good communication skills
• Analytic skills and ability to deliver with quality within tight deadlines
• Excellent skills in MS Excel
• Excellent English skills, both written and oral
