Are you a great communicator that is comfortable in translating technology capabilities to business opportunities across our organization? Are you a leader that can run a technical team developing features and integrations on the platform efficiently? Are you a team player taking interest in your peers and collaborating across platforms and processes?

Laerdal is in the process of implementing Salesforce CRM. We are looking for a system manager to build and run our technical Salesforce team, and to support our business for optimal platform usage. We are looking for a candidate with an in depth understanding of the platform and a person that can be a trusted advisor to our process managers in how to develop the system for the future. Are you the correct candidate for us?!

The Job

You will work in a highly energic team in close relations to our system managers of ERP, eCommerce, BI, and integration.  As a system manager you will participate and contribute in building services supporting our user communities high demand of efficiency and quality. In addition, you will follow Salesforce roadmap closely and communicate opportunities on new releases and features that will benefit our business.

• Strategic planning ensuring we are utilizing the platform in the most optimal manner
• Managing resources (internal and external) on configuration and development tasks
• Handling the back-log of prioritized tasks and change requests
• Establish and run the support organization on the platform
• Ensuring the platform is configured in compliance with internal and external regulations of data privacy and threat protection.

You must be prepared to travel occasionally to our offices in Europe, USA and APAC.

You have strong interpersonal and collaboration skills and are good at coordinating and managing tasks and projects. You are passionate about user experience and process improvement.

Key qualifications:

-       Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science or development or MBA with mminimum 3 years of experience with enterprise application governance.

-       Strong verbal and written English communication

-       Experienced in process management and enterprise architecture

-       Systematic and well organized, with the ability to prioritize, manage time and resources. 

-       Able to understand our business model and our processes and delivering efficiencies to these.
