YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
· Ensure compliance or Credit & Collection policy
· Responsible for the collection of receivables and maintain past due receivables and doubtful accounts to a minimum level
· Responsible to collect, review and validate different types of collateral to minimize the risk of doing business with clients (such as, bank guarantee, inventory pledge, staff guarantee, etc ,,,)
· Daily task involving release of vehicles registration to customers, order release, maintain customer master up to date, response to internal and external customers' inquiries
· Support and participate in customer sub ledger reconciliation
· Ensure coordination with Commercial and Sales Admin teams
· Collaborate and coordinate with other departments for the region (Sales, Customer support, Dealer development, Finance)
· Support projects and team goals
· Coordinate and execute financial accounting tasks related to the legal entity in support of the Finance team located in Finland, including (non-exhaustive list)
- Manage invoice delivery to Share Service Center
- Manage accruals at month end
- Act as contact point with Norwegian authorities
- Support audit and tax audit work
- Support internal controls compliance at legal entity
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
· University degree or applied studies in finance or accounting
· Background in credit & collection and finance / accounting with preferable 3-5 years experience
· Computer literate with excellent command of MS Office and SAP is a plus
· Fluent in Norwegian and English (Swedish and / or Finnish are a plus)
· Able to meet tight deadlines and cope with changes
· Capable of handling multiple tasks while maintaining focus on deliverables, attention to detail and accuracy
· Able to work autonomously with little direction
· Team-oriented, and customer-driven (service-minded) outlook
· Good communication skills (written / oral)
· Customer-oriented mindset
· Able to meet tight deadlines and cope with changes
· Confident to hold fierce and fair conversations with business partners
· Highly autonomous to work remotely from his manager
· An inquiring mind, supportive of continuous process improvement
· Be part of the team, while maintaining a strong independence in decision making
· Results oriented and business-minded
