Analog IC Layout Engineer  

We are looking for highly skilled Analog IC Layout Engineer to join our design team in Norway.  

As part of our layout team, you will work closely with our circuit designers and other layout engineers to ensure high quality layout that conforms to all design and top-level requirements.

DESIRABLE EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:  

• Minimum BS degree or equivalent technical education in the field of electronics
• Preferred 3+ years' experience in Analog/RF layout engineering
• Layout knowledge and technique for matching, ESD, EM, parasitic reduction, latch up prevention and other layout dependent effects
• Script development in perl, tcl or skill
• Experience in using Cadence Virtuoso and Calibre tool
• Good English communication skills
• Proactive, self-motivated and has the ability to work efficiently in a team

TASKS:

• Perform full custom analog layout, physical verification and parasitic extraction
• Plan work and complete the layout task against agreed upon schedule
• Hold layout reviews of completed cells, blocks and analog top
• Deliver IP/macro for SOC integration
• Develop scripts to improve layout design flow and IP delivery
