Are you proactive, globally-minded, and media-savvy with an entrepreneurial spirit and a passion for higher education?  Keystone Academic Solutions, one of the fastest growing digital tech companies in Norway, wants you to join our ambitious and future-oriented Content and Development team.

As the Editorial Content Manager at Keystone, you will be responsible for managing and executing all the daily editorial and content processes that position Keystone as a leading influencer in higher education for international students and universities.  Your vision and native English communication skills will ensure the highest quality experience for higher education institutions and students around the world through our multilingual websites and social media presence. 

The Keystone Content and Development team wants your hands-on approach and strategic mindset to guide your growth as our new Editorial Content Manager.

• The full-time position is based in our modern and vibrant Fornebu office near Oslo, Norway. 
• We would like the successful candidate to start immediately. 

What You’ll Do:

• Manage the editorial strategy and publication process for our higher education web properties
• Monitor and discover trending higher education topics, community needs, and interests of target audience across social media, adjusting editorial content and messaging accordingly.
• Support and communicate with our Higher Ed clients to create and deliver the highest quality content
• Oversee freelance and outsourced team members
• Manage Keystone’s global social media presence and engage with our global student community. 
• Work with cross-functional teams of journalists, writers, and outsourced team members to ensure brand strategy 
• Grow and develop Keystone's editorial content strategy

 What We’re Looking For:

• Degree in Journalism, Communication, or equivalent experience in digital media, editing and/or other related fields 
• Native English speaker required, additional languages are a plus 
• Strong task management foundation and ability to stay focused under pressure to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and shifting priorities
• Strong problem solving skills with a proven ability to strengthen and define editorial and team workflow
• Experience in higher education administration or student services is beneficial
• Demonstrated social media campaign management experience; prior professional experience is welcome
• Experience with editorial calendars, analytic and content planning tools, and digital publication platforms
• A team-oriented mindset, the ability to work with a wide range of multi-cultural individuals and a strong sense of customer service is essential
• Quality and detail focused, exceptional organizational skills, shows a sense of urgency, results-oriented
• You’re driven, passionate, take initiative and are ready to roll up your sleeves to solve issues when they get in the way.
