Digital & Cloud Revolution Track

Are you a developer? Would you like to boost your career to the next level? Are you as fascinated by cloud solutions and DevOps as we are? Maybe you would like to gain more knowledge and experience on Amazon Web Services (AWS), Microsoft Azure or Red Hat OpenShift?

Cloud Revolution is the name of our technology track for cloud, consisting of 3 sub-tracks for the following partner platforms: AWS, Azure and OpenShift.

In this role you will be a key player in designing, developing and automating technology solutions that meet clients’ business needs, as they move existing solutions to cloud, or develop new cloud native solutions. You will design flexible, cost efficient and secure solutions that utilize the service portfolio offered by the leading cloud service providers; Amazon, Azure, and OpenShift.

Location: Oslo. 

Next Generation SAP

Do you want to be the next generation SAP specialist? Have you been working hands on with SAP as a user and want to take a new career move into the thrilling IT-business? Are you an applications consultant that wants to take the next step as our future leader within ERP solution?

Next Generation SAP is about how to bring innovation to the platform. With SAP Leonardo we use increasing intelligence with machine learning and AI to make the system even more powerful. As an addition to the team you would be involved in preparing companies for their S/4HANA journey and helping customers understand the value and need of executing in a faster and more efficient ways.  

In this role you will accelerate your ERP knowledge with an intensive training in India to become a certified SAP consultant. During your career you will have continues support and mentorship by senior consultants that has done the same journey that you are on.  

Locations: Oslo and Stavanger.

About Accelerate Program

The two-year Accelerate Program is tailored for fast and relevant development path and lets you switch between classroom training that can be applied immediately and purpose driven client work. The training lets you grow your technical skills as well as leveraging your leadership potential and business acumen.

The Accelerate Program consists of:

• Training focusing on tech tracks (Digital & Cloud Revolution and Next Generation SAP), business development and leadership to give you unique insights on how to run a market leading tech consultancy.
• Tech Tracks – Individual technology competence trainings with partners and platforms to accelerate technical expertise
• Working on engagements with support from seniors and mentors
• Networking and social activities

The program starts with a one-month training program, consisting of a joint introduction where you are introduced to our ways of working, technology specific tracks and certification. Afterwards you will engage with our seniors and the leading clients to deepen your professional technical growth. The upcoming two years will include technical growth, certifications and working with business drivers and an inspirational week at one of our Capgemini sites in Europe.

Towards the end of the program, you revisit the technology tracks and update your skills so that you remain at the forefront of the latest technologies.

By completing this program, you will have accelerated your career through technical expertise, a deepened understanding of the business and extensive network with and met many new friends. With this experience, we believe that you will be our new technical leaders and business leaders.

Our Target Audience

• Completed higher education or equivalent
• Strong oral and written communication skills, in both local language and English
• Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills
• General interest in learning and adapting to new technologies and environments
• Digital & Cloud Revolution
• • A few years of experience as a developer working in an agile development environment
  • Experience with Java, .NET, Node.js, or Python programming languages is a bonus
  • Aspiration to learn how to build solutions for public cloud platforms
• Next Generation SAP
• • Experience of being a user/super user/key user in SAP or other ERP systems
  • Have a great interest in ERP systems and its impact for the business and want to learn more about SAP’s opportunities

Good business understanding of finance or logistics processes.
