Role Summary/Purpose: 

GE Vingmed Ultrasound AS is seeking employees for our research and development department to work with testing and image quality tuning of our products. Sonographers, or other health care professionals with relevant experience are specifically encouraged to apply.Both candidates with experience and newly graduates will be considered. 

Essential Responsibilities:

• The mission of the Test-team is to ensure the best user experience and product quality for our customers and we work as in integrated part of the development teams to deliver world class ultrasound equipment
• Early involvement in user experience development
• General test of our products through the product development phase
• Image tuning activities in close cooperation with our image quality experts
• Install, run and follow up on automated testing
• Verification and Validation of products before release
• Creation and maintenance of verification procedures

Qualifications/Requirements:

• Sonography / Ultrasound imaging
• Software test methodology
• Product testing
