Work description

As our company transforms from project driven to product based delivery and our customer base is growing rapidly, we are looking for a Support Manager to build and lead a team that can provide technical customer support for our licensed product line - used by our customers around the world. Our challenge is

to build a scalable 24/7 support organisation,
to create a knowledge base to enable customers and partners to find answers and solutions without involving direct support,
to involve local partners/teams into the support structure, if needed.

You position will be part of Sixty's Operational Department, reporting to the VP Delivery and our COO.

Essential Qualifications

At least 5 years experience from customer interaction with a record of excellent service standards and customer satisfaction
At least 3 years experience as team manager in a support center or similar position
Excellent communication and team leading skills
Good experience with staff training, initial and ongoing
Experience with support for IT and software projects and/or product
Good technical understanding and skills to share knowledge between you and our Technical Team
Fluent English spoken and in writing

Experience of managing an outsourced team
