JOB SUMMARY

For our Belvar Complete team in Oslo we are looking for a REVENUE MANAGER dedicated to X Meeting Point expo and event venue as well as Moxy Oslo X hotel. We search for an energetic and highly motivated team player to join our ambitious and spirited team in Oslo. REVENUE MANAGER

In this role you help develop and support executing the commercial strategy for X Meeting Point and Moxy Oslo X. You follow a daily routine to ensure the hotel and function space is positioned and sold optimally to maximize profitable revenue. You prepare reports, ad hoc business evaluations, forecasts and budgets. You manage the revenue management systems/ inventory with emphasis on properly placing business in hotel/ function space and implement a pricing structure for meeting space and hotel rooms during high and low demand periods.

QUALIFICATIONS

4-year bachelor's degree from an accredited university in Business Administration, Finance and Accounting, Economics or Hotel and Restaurant Management
Minimum of 2 years revenue management experience in a Conference/ Convention Center or Hotel with large meeting space
Computer Skills, including, but not limited to Microsoft Office. Familiar with Hotsoft and/ or Marriott Revenue Management systems is a plus
Fluent command in Norwegian and English written and spoken. Knowledge of other languages is very welcome
Ability to learn quickly, communicate clearly and work independently and in a dynamic environment
