Due to significant growth in our customer portfolio we are looking to bring on-board a dynamic, energetic and passionate individual to support our team & our customers in a junior recruiter role

You will play an important part in helping us deliver permanent recruitment and temporary staffing services to a client base comprised of exciting international companies in the energy sector

We see this as an excellent opportunity for any aspiring individual looking to get into & learn the ropes of recruitment and carve out a fully-fledged recruiter role in the future

What you’ll be doing:

• Supporting the development of talent pools within technical and engineering disciplines
• Composing and posting well-worded job adverts on job boards and social media
• Reviewing and processing applicants in our recruitment systems
• Coordinating and booking interviews with candidates, recruiters and hiring managers
• Conducting and documenting reference checks
• Coordinating background screening processes
• Drafting employment contracts
• Formatting candidates’ CVs
• Checking and processing purchase orders
• On-boarding, following up and arranging events for our consultants
• And keeping in touch with our vast alumni network

The person we’re looking for:

• Becomes animated when talking about recruitment
• Should have around 1 year of commercial experience in a support or service-oriented role. Recruitment experience is welcome but not essential
• Will have gained a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent

• Must be good at talking with people, and be fluent in spoken & written Norwegian and English
• Should have bundles of energy, and be prepared to work in an oft hectic, high-pressure environment in which the ability to prioritise tasks and take initiative is paramount
• Is not technology-averse, and knows their way around LinkedIn and social media
• Will bring infectious enthusiasm, determination and positivity to our office (almost) every day
• Has a keen eye for detail and quality
