Description about project/department

Company will in 2018 establish a new onshore integrated operations centre (IOC) that will help increase safety, add value and reduce emissions from our installations on the Norwegian continental shelf (NCS). An integrated operations centre (IOC) is an important step in Company’s digital roadmap, and will enable increased production efficiency and production potential on the NCS. In a 10-year perspective, our ambition is that the increase in production from our operated fields could lead to a total annual value creation of around NOK 10 billion before tax

Task and responsibilities

Company is looking for a professional Tester (not test manager, but may have test manager capabilities) with the following tasks & responsibilities:

Organize detailed test execution
Specify/write detailed test cases
Execute testing
Support testing performed by business subject matter experts

Competence requirements

Documented experience from Testing
Knowledge of Company and Company requirements for IT solutions.
Good communication skills
Proactive and solution oriented
Advantage to have experience from the oil and gas industry – operation and maintenance processes

Commuters accepted

Contract period: 01.06.2018 - 31.05.2019

Option Period: One year
