Discipline Engineer Metering & Analysers

Main tasks:

Responsibility to ensure that the plants fiscal metering, flowmeters and analysers (online or offline measurements of quantity and quality values) are operated within and in accordance with internal and external requirements and maintenance concepts. Continuously follow – up of its performance, availability, capacity and regularity
Ensure fiscal/CO2 tax based metering systems and analysers are in compliance with Norwegian regulations.
Make sure that data measured, is calculated correctly and is reported  according to the established quality management system
Establish and follow up Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s)
Establish and revise specifications, procedures and workprocesses.

Education:

Bachelor degree (cybernetics, automation, instrumentation)

Experience:

Minimum 5-10 years of operational follow up of
fiscal/CO2 tax based  metering systems and
analyers
Have good competence / practical experience from
advanced process instrumentation in potential explosive areas (IEC 60079) in
phases from engineering to normal operation,
Have in-depth competence / experience in
Norwegian and International regulations, requirements, best practise and
standards that apply for fiscal metering.
Good competence from metrology and traceable
calibration
Good competence with fluid technology,
thermodynamics, chemistry, physics and mathematics
Competence in risk evaluations
Competence in how to calculate combined
uncertainties
Good competence within Functional Safety (Safe
Instrumented System / Safety Integrity Level)
Experience with SAP maintenance modul is beneficial
