Fresenius Kabi Norge AS is a leader in Norway in its segment producing medicines. The position is located in our growing production facility in Halden. You will be part of Fresenius Kabi Norge AS within an international and dynamic environment. A strong interaction with our German headquarters and the plant in Uppsala Sweden is required. The position will report directly to Franz Kainz Vice President Product Partnering.

Tasks and responsibilities

  • Key account management for contract manufacturing services of sterile and speciality pharmaceuticals at the Fresenius Kabi plant in Halden, Norway.
  • Managing the contractual framework and support the production site during the implementation phase
  • Development of account strategies for existing customers, management of such accounts including customer relationship management with a global customer base.
  • Preparation of quotations for established customer projects (e.g. new specifications, new API-source, change in raw materials, new secondary packaging, Serialization, etc.)
  • Support with project controlling & invoicing
  • Regular business review meetings/calls with global customers
  • Evaluation and reporting of KPIs with plants and customers
  • Support of Customer Service in plants in business-related and strategic questions
  • Responsibility to drive new acquisition process from initial contact, proposal process in collaboration with experts to negotiation of business deal and contracts

Qualifications

  • University degree (e.g. natural science, engineering)
  • More than 2 years working experience in pharmaceutical industry in an international business environment
  • Significant experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing or product development is highly desirable
  • Comprehensive sales and account management experience
  • Project management and leadership skills
  • Fluency in Norwegian and English (German is a plus)
  • Excellent analytical, organizational and decision making skills
  • Willingness to travel internationally
