Buylogic AS are facing increased activity, and we are looking to expand our organization at Forus
with people/candidates available for temporary assignments.
Task and Responsibilities
• Issue inquiries
• Evaluate tenders
• Negotiate with suppliers
• Prepare and issue purchase orders
• Handling and negotiation of variation
orders
• Expedite delivery
• Follow-up
correct payment of related invoices
• Plan procurement strategy with project and
technical dept. for larger purchases / capex projects
• Participate in project executions, with
responsibility for all procurement tasks, expediting and cost follow-up
• Work closely with management team to
optimize procurement strategies and processes
• Guide personnel in issues related to supply
chain
• Work according to prevailing supply chain manual and other related procedures
Qualifications and Skills
• Higher economical / technical education – BSc
• 5-10 years of relevant experience from similar work may compensate for higher education
• Knowledge of the Oil and Gas Business. Procedures & systems, technical solutions,
drilling units and other technical equipment
• Profound knowledge of Norwegian and English, both written and oral
• Negotiation skills, exactness, independent, decision capability and analytic skills
• High degree of data discipline is
required
• Good understanding of accounting and financial principles
• Motivated, service minded and willing to learn
• Experience in SAP (Information System) or other ERP systems is preferable

Målet er å optimalisere kundens verdiskaping gjennom en samordning av alle aktiviteter innenfor innkjøp, kontrakt, logistikk og økonomistyring.
I tillegg til rådgivning og konsulent tjenester, opptrer Buylogic som et uavhengig Innkjøpshus hvor vi ivaretar hele, eller deler, av kundens anskaffelsesprosess for daglige rutine innkjøp. Våre oppdrag utføres fra egne eller kundens lokaler. Vi bruker et effektivt Purchase to Pay (P2P) system men har også meget god erfaring fra de mest kjente og brukte ERP systemer.
Vår kompetanse skal være basert på relevant utdanning, teknisk og kommersiell erfaring, relasjonelle ferdigheter, prosess- og kundeforståelse.
