Job Description:
As a Project Planner & Coordinator you will be responsible for planning, scheduling and follow-up of project and deliverable progress. You will be a key member of the Project Management team with special emphasis on delivering projects on time, on budget and with exceptional quality. You will be responsible for creating deliverable- and project schedules with input from Deliverable Responsibles and Project Managers. These schedules will be maintained and updated during the life of the project, and they will provide a basis for pro-active actions and recovery actions to make sure we deliver on time. You will also assist the project with analysis of performance indicators and bottle necks, and be a key player in addressing the issues identified. You will work with the sales team in providing sales and proposal planning for both external and internal customers. You will also provide input for financial forecasting, as well as resource planning and analysis. There will be various tasks, assignments and smaller internal projects that involves system development and continuous improvement of our processes. You will be keen to take on challenges, develop your leadership potential as well as expand your knowledge and experience through a variety of exciting projects.
Duties & Responsibilities:
* Create schedules and plans for new projects
* Maintain and update schedules and plans for existing projects
* Create and update budget on activity level
* Ensure promptly and correct progress reporting from both internal and external sources
* Create and maintain schedule templates
* Perform various analysis for Project Managers and Management
* Proactively analyze and identify delays and potential delays, and initiate recovery actions
* Ensure and maintain data integrity in various systems
* Provide Sales with sales and proposal planning
* Provide input to financial forecasting of projects
* Support Management with resource planning and analysis
* Lead or contribute to minor internal projects related to process- and system development
* Travel as and when required
* Carry out other duties as and when business requirements dictate as may be reasonably expected by line manager

Minimum Qualifications:
* Bachelor Degree (preferably Master Degree)
And/or Experience:
* Working knowledge of the Oil and Gas industry
* Working knowledge within Project Management and/or Planning
Beneficial skills, training or special knowledge:
* Computer literacy (Including MS Office Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook)
* Scheduling systems (preferably Primavera)
* ERP knowledge
