For our Customer in the oil & gas industry we are now looking for Aftersales Coordinator
Key tasks:
- Handling and distribute inquiries related to Service and After Sales, procurement and purchasing of spare parts.
- Take action when receipt of any type of inquiries and ensure quotations is obtained according to specification with correct quality, price and schedule.
- Supply spare parts for the Customers and ensure delivery is obtained according to specification with correct quality, price and within schedule.
- Execute the procurement activities in accordance with Client contract requirements, project specifications, drawings, and in alignment with Company Management System.
- Evaluate and follow up sub suppliers.
Skills:
- Enable to do creative search and to manage several (old and new) internal programs and systems in order to collect and send correct information.
- Good contractual knowledge
- Structure and analytical skills.
- Good inter-personal and communications skill.
- Fluent in oral and written English language.
- Good negotiation skills
