Communication skills are vital to providing the best results, whether it’s through showing passion to our guests, inspiring and motivating our colleagues or effectively training new arrivals, the ability to communicate positively and effectively is vital. WE ARE LOOKING FOR A RESTAURANT MANAGER WHO

• Has a minimum of 2 years experience as a Restaurant Manager
• Can manage the floor, ensuring the team are fully trained in all aspects of service
• Has experience in developing people to their potential
• Leads by example, is hands on and operational
• Has good knowledge, and is passionate about great food and beverage
• Has experience in a similar role, in a fast paced, quality establishment
• Thrives under pressure
• Has experience of controlling budgets and labour costs
• Wants to work alongside General Management to grow the business
• Has a big smile, positive energy and love for their colleagues
• Has the ability to work independently, confidently and proactively
• Takes initiative
• Can work at all hours (night and day)
