Senior Maintenance Engineer

We are looking for our next Senior Maintenance Engineer

Are you analytically strong with a sense of urgency and a proven track record within offshore operations? Then you are the Senior Maintenance Engineer we are looking for to our Operations department. 

You will be responsible to improve maintenance strategies, methods and systems to ensure safe and cost-efficient operation of all production related units throughout the operation phase.

Further you will ensure continuous improvement of maintenance and asset integrity management of TOP’s operations. This will require close co-operation and co-ordination with our Operation teams, other TKPJ departments and external partners. 

We are looking for a candidate that is flexible, self-driven and motivated by learning. We work in a matrix organization where initiative and empowerment is important.

Some of the things you will be doing

• Continuous improvement and harmonization across the fleet in the area maintenance management, condition monitoring and predictive analytics.
• Take an active role in designing maintenance strategies, procedures and methods and support Teekay Offshore Production (TOP) digitalization initiatives.
• Participate in updates of existing maintenance manuals and establishment of maintenance manuals for new assets.
• Support for onshore and offshore personnel with maintenance tasks
• Establish as needed and review maintenance analytics
• Actively contribute to operation function requirements are duly addressed in all stages of new projects.
• Specify and maintain operation and maintenance function requirements newbuilds, conversions and large modification projects.

What we are looking for

• You hold a relevant education on master level and have minimum 5-10 years within offshore operations or equivalent
• You have experience with CMMS (Teekay Offshore Production use STAR IPS)
• You have strong analytical skills and master a structured and methodical approach to drive continuous improvement processes.
• You have good communication skills as well as good networking skills
• You are a team player but have the ability to work independently as well.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written English is demanded and Norwegian language is preferable.
