The position will be a part of a team providing procurement services within the segments IT & Digitalization, Business Consulting, Temporary Staffing and Facility Management and general business support.
Responsibility
Contract Responsible has an important role in cooperation with business line converting business strategies to specific procurement strategies, assuring a competitive contract portfolio for business needs and contribute to contract portfolio and supplier management
Work tasks
Establish agreements:
- Lead or participate in a cross-functional team for efficient establishment of specific procurement strategies, issue of enquiries, leading negotiations and award recommendations
- Managing stakeholders and ensure demand management
- Document the processes in relevant IT systems (SAP/Contiki)
- Ensure start-up activities, incl. kick-off meeting, necessary training, etc.
Manage agreements:
- Be the commercial representative in the contract team and work proactively with Company Representative and Technical Responsible
- Establish and follow-up procurement KPIs for the contract
- Prepare and administrate variation orders, amendments, quality deviation, options, cancellation or termination of the contract
- Ensure proactive follow-up of key internal stakeholders and establish and maintain professional relationship with suppliers
- Advice relevant stakeholders when lack of clarity/interpretation of the agreement in cooperation with Company Representative
- Preparation of strategies, coordination with internal stakeholders and issue of enquiries, evaluation and establishment of contract with suppliers based on internal customer need
- Coordination with internal and external stakeholders
- Master or Bachelor degree and minimum 10 years experience from contracts within at least one or more of the professional segments IT, Business Consulting, Temporary Staffing and Facility Management and general business support preferably from the company
- Experience in contract formulation and contract administration
- Experience with SAP, CONTIKI, etc.
- Fluent written and oral presentation skills in English and Norwegian
- Good and flexible attitude and good collaboration skills is essential
