We are looking for a motivated Head of Offshore Crewing to further strengthen our organization

Swire Seabed is expanding.  In that regard, we are looking for a motivated Head of Offshore Crewing, and we are hoping that you may be the one! If you have experience in crewing of offshore personnel, management experience and extensive subsea knowledge, we hope you find this opportunity exicting.  

Qualifications: 

• Preferably a bachelor or master’s degree in administration or equivalent
• Extensive knowledge and experience in crewing of offshore personnel
• Familiar with crewing software system
• Experience with handling multinational crews
• Management experience 
• Experience with national and international trade union agreements
• You work proactively and independently with excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
• Problem solver with a clear understanding of the importance of prioritizing and planning
• Fluent oral and written English and Norwegian language

Responsibilities: 

• To be overall in charge of crewing for all Swire Seabed offshore and project staff, i.e. setting rotation schedules, utilization of personnel, work force planning, training and travel planning
• Identify training and competence requirements
• Ensure Swire Seabed have recourses available, and that they are utilized in the best and most cost efficient way
• Safeguard the hiring-in process
• Ensure that framework agreements are established, and that third party agencies are in compliance
• Provide general assistance to offshore personnel managers
