NOV’s operations in Norway are spread across several locations. We are looking for new Project Managers located in NOV Molde.  The Project Manangement group is located in Molde and Kristiansand and consists of 7 experienced Employees  with responsibilities within Project Management, Planning, Testing, Installation and Commissioning.

Responsibility
 
The Project Manager is operative responsible for the execution of the Project when the contract is handed over from the Sales Department, until the Project is completed and handed over to the After Market Department.
 
Main tasks:

• Technical coordination towards customer
• Manager for own Project Portfolio
• Execute the project in accordance with the NOV Business Process
• Responsible for the financial results for own projects (cost, margin and budget)
• Customer’s main point of contact ( internal and external customers)
• Close cooperation with specialist disciplines and departments supporting the projects across the NOV Global organization
• Comply with all NOV Company and HSE policies and procedures
• Assist with sales when required in the sales process
• Travelling to a certain extent will be necessary

Skills & Experience required

• We are looking for a person with higher education and management experience. You should be team oriented with focus on management and leadership. The position requires that you are self-going, highly motivated, analytic and strategic minded. Due to close cooperation with customers as well as with internal supporting resources, social, diplomatic and communication capabilities in combination with English skills – written and oral, are needed.
