Role Summary:
The successful candidate will design and develop analog blocks in our mixed-signal ASICs. These ASICs are a key enabler for state-of-the-art, real-time 3D ultrasound imaging. (e4D technology).
Essential Responsibilities:
- Analog ASIC design on transistor level.
- Interfacing Ultrasound Transducers, both transmit and receive side.
- Tough design challenges with respect to both low noise, low power, high voltage and high speed solutions.
- The whole design lifecycle: feasibility studies, design work, measurements, verification,documentation and manufacturing support.
- Contribute to the further development of state-of-the art realtime 3D ultrasound imaging.
Qualifications:
- MSc or PhD in Electrical Engineering and/or equivalent experience
- Significant relevant experience, but newly qualified will also be considered
- Broad knowledge in circuit theory and design
- Experience and interest for practical hands-on work in the lab
- Self-starter, energizing, results oriented, and able to multi-task
- Ability to meet aggressive technical specifications
- Excellent teamwork, coordination and communication skills
- Effective oral and written communication skills
