Role Summary:

The successful candidate will design and develop analog blocks in our mixed-signal ASICs. These ASICs are a key enabler for state-of-the-art, real-time 3D ultrasound imaging. (e4D technology).

Essential Responsibilities:

• Analog ASIC design on transistor level.
• Interfacing Ultrasound Transducers, both transmit and receive side.
• Tough design challenges with respect to both low noise, low power, high voltage and high speed solutions.
• The whole design lifecycle: feasibility studies, design work, measurements, verification,documentation and manufacturing support.
• Contribute to the further development of state-of-the art realtime 3D ultrasound imaging.

Qualifications:

• MSc or PhD in Electrical Engineering and/or equivalent experience
• Significant relevant experience, but newly qualified will also be considered
• Broad knowledge in circuit theory and design
• Experience and interest for practical hands-on work in the lab
• Self-starter, energizing, results oriented, and able to multi-task
• Ability to meet aggressive technical specifications
• Excellent teamwork, coordination and communication skills
• Effective oral and written communication skills
