Project Manager for development of Broadband Satellite Networking Equipment

We are now looking to strengthen our Oslo based team with an experienced Project Manager to lead our Next Generation modem program.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Manage project scope, timeline and budget for the Project
• Develop and maintain project plan with detailed tasks and deliverables, ensure alignment on key activities and decisions between stakeholders
• Identify risks and issues impacting the projects
• Manage reporting to internal and external stakeholders for the updates as related to the completion of activities, issue and risk resolution

Required Skills & Experience:

• Minimum of 5 years hands-on experience of R&D Project Management, covering both HW&SW development and Industrialization.
• A Master of Science or equivalent in relevant area. PMP Certification preferred.
• Familiar with various project management models.
• Highly effective communication skills (both written and verbal) and organizational agility.
• Well organized, detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks.
• Ability to prioritize activities, establish realistic timelines/milestones and achieve results while demonstrating excellent interpersonal skills including the ability to interact professionally and effectively with all levels of management including Senior Leaders.
• Advanced familiarity with Project management tools for planning and follow-up.
