As a Market Access Manager you are focused on growing the business: You are responsible for pricing, securing access and maintaining and building contact with national authorities. You will lead Health Technology assessment projects, collaborate with brand teams within specific Therapeutic Areas and participate in various interdisciplinary team projects. 

As a market Access Manager, you will report to the Head of Market Access & Public Affairs 

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Optimize national, regional and local market access of new and launched medicines by tailoring the tools and tactics to local market needs, aligned and coordinated with relevant internal functions for the responsible Therapeutic Areas(TA)
• Identify, engage, build and maintain relationships with relevant stakeholders, that are needed for the flawless execution of the Market Access Strategies for the responsible TAs
• Monitor healthcare and political environment and competitive landscape and changes therein to capture events impacting market access of the medicines and advise Head of Market Access on actions to address national, regional and local threats and opportunities
• Point of contact for Market Access topics in assigned TA’s and Brand teams. Contribute in Market Access team to make optimal business decisions and feed relevant market information to regional Market Access team
• Prepare and initiate the approval and assessment process for national price setting and price changes. Evaluate and anticipate impact of local policy changes on price developments

 Requirements:

• Master Degree in Business Administration, Health Economics or Medical Sciences
• Experience in a Market Access role (Health Economics, outcomes research, pricing, reimbursement, Real World Data gathering) in the pharmaceutical industry is preferred
• Excellent command of both the Norwegian and English language
• Strong MS Office and excellent Excel skills
• Solid analytical skills and out of the box thinking
• Pro-active with a scientific bend of mind
• Strong prioritization skills- agile and ability to multitask
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills- great team player
• Project Management experience is an added advantage
