Recruiter

We are looking for a recruiter who has passion for people and enthusiastically will contribute to attracting the best talent to Arundo. Our new recruiter will thrive  in our fast-paced environment where we currently are scaling our organization and simultaneously ensuring that we provide an excellent candidate experience.

Responsibilities include

• Actively share Arundo’s EVP on various recruiting arenas
• Work across management to constantly refine customized recruiting plans, create new plans for new roles
• Manage recruiting pipeline and reporting to ensure transparency in the organization
• Motivate colleagues to participate in recruiting activities. Create and promote attractive referral programs
• Work closely with VP People to identify creative sourcing techniques
• Build strong relationships with hiring managers and other stakeholders to understanding hiring needs
• Lead interview processes and manage workflow from start to end
• Contribute to develop our onboarding programme A-Rookies
• Be the one point of contact for candidates, external recruiters  and hiring managers
• Coordinate all recruiting activities across functions

Required qualifications

Academic

• Minimum Bachelor degree

Skills and work experience

• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, and be a utility player who rolls up your sleeves and contributes when needed
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Confidence to engage with candidates, management, external stakeholders
• Courage to lead our recruiting efforts and seek knowledge when needed
• Independence to drive your area of responsibility - we trust you to make the right decisions
• Good understanding of our technology
• Fluency in English, oral and written
