Job responsibilities

• Daily contact with new and existing customers by phone and e-mail
• Receive inquiries from customers regarding import and export of freight
• Transportation planning and execution
• Coordination of freight for our customers within air freight
• Contact with agents, subcontractors and our sister companies abroad
• Provide excellent service to our clients
• Plan, execute and track shipments
• Focus on cost efficiency in your daily work

The right candidate

• has previous experience within air freight forwarding.
• has experience within customs clearance.
• has excellent communication skills.
• is proficient in English and preferably in one Scandinavian language.
• is positive and has a client-first-attitude.
• is creative and solution oriented.
• has the ability to multi task, is highly driven and exudes good energy.
