Embedded SW Developer (KMC 18/003)

Technology, Embedded SW department 

The Technology division is responsible for development activities in KM. We focus on various activities including specific product development, platform development and new business initiatives. In the Embedded SW department in our Realtime development unit, we have a vacant position as Embedded SW developer. 

KM is in the process of developing new technology platforms on which we are building world-leading solutions that will realize KMs strategy. Several new projects are in the pipeline and they offer exciting opportunities to work with world class technology.

Our new Embedded SW Developer will join a strong team of devoted realtime programmers, and is expected to further strengthen our team.

Main tasks:

• Analysis, Design, Implementation and Test of Real Time platform SW.
• Analysis and Design using UML
• Programming in C/C++
• Develop automated unit/component tests

We search for people with:

• Bachelor or Masters degree in SW Development, or similar/related field.
• Experience with Embedded Programming
• Experience with UML Analysis and Design
• Knowledge of Real Time Operating Systems
• Excellent collaborative skills and good communication skills.
• Self-driven and confident of own technical expertise.
• Fluent Norwegian and English speaking and writing skills.
