Danske Graduate will give you the perfect start to your career. You will embark on an amazing 18-month journey together with your fellow graduates where you will grow and develop - personally and professionally. Your 18-month programme will consist of three six-month rotations including one international rotation outside Denmark.

The programme will be an opportunity to gain international experience, a great network and a strong understanding of our business, as well as the opportunity to impact Danske Bank and our ambitions for the future.

You apply for one of two tracks – Finance & Economics or Business Innovation. The programme consists of three six month rotations within your track – including one international rotation.

What we look for in Business Innovation graduates
You graduate with a master's degree before 1 September 2018. You expect to graduate top of your class and probably have international experience from studying or working abroad, combined with relevant work experience from a student job or internship. If you are applying for the Business Innovation track, we expect your studies to have provided you with a strong background within business innovation as well as strong analytical skills.

For both tracks, you need to really stand out, and to have an exceptional personality and a change mindset. Your application and CV is your opportunity to tell us how you can contribute to our journey. We expect you to be a result-oriented fast-learner with business acumen and the ability to make your knowledge relevant to both customers and colleagues in a rapidly changing environment. Fluency in English, both spoken and written, is required.

Your application must include a one-page cover letter, a 1-2 page CV and your grade transcript or diploma.

Application process:
Interviews will be conducted in weeks 6, 7 & 8, locally in each country. Invitations to interviews will be sent by Feb 5th.

Assessments centres will all be held in Copenhagen in weeks 10 & 11 (5th March – 16th March).
